UCLA experts say L.A. should change water pricing structure to improve conservation
June 26, 2014Researchers at the California Center for Sustainable Communities at UCLA, led by Stephanie Pincetl (Institute of the Environment and Sustainability, department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences), today issued recommendations based on the findings of a four-year study of water consumption patterns in the city of Los Angeles and the factors that drive residential water consumption.
